Job summary

SITNETIC FURNITURE SDN BHD in Malaysia is seeking a Store Controller to manage receipts, storage, and movement of materials to production. You will ensure accurate inventory records, proper labeling, and timely material availability, while maintaining safety and process compliance.

The role requires 1–3 years in warehouse/inventory control; Excel skills; ability to work with multiple departments and perform stock cycle counts, investigations, and ERP updates.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM/Certificate/Diploma in Warehouse Management, Logistics, or related field.
• 1–3 years of warehouse or inventory control experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic ERP usage.
• Strong attention to detail, organisation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate physical and system inventory records.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure materials are available for production.
• Conduct stock checks and cycle counts.
• Investigate stock discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Purchasing, QA/QC, Finance, and Logistics.
• Record all material movements in the ERP/inventory system.
• Ensure proper labeling and storage of materials.
• Assist with stock audits and investigations.
