Job summary

GOODNITE SDN. BHD. is seeking a warehouse/inventory specialist to maintain accurate raw material records and ensure stock levels support production.

You will manage receiving, issuing, and storage processes, while coordinating with QA and other departments to keep data in the SQL system up to date. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of experience in manufacturing warehousing, strong organizational skills, and familiarity with inventory management systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration or related field required.
• 2–3 years of warehouse or raw material store experience preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory control, warehouse management and stock handling.
• Familiar with inventory management systems.
• Good organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate raw material inventory records in the system.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure sufficient materials for production.
• Perform regular cycle counts and monthly stock take.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Receive raw materials from suppliers and verify against delivery orders.
• Coordinate with Quality Control for incoming material inspection and documentation.
