Job summary

Sunyo Technology (M) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an organized Warehouse Inventory Associate to support production by managing stock records, conducting counts, and ensuring timely material availability in Penang.

You will coordinate with production, planning, and procurement teams, enforce FIFO and traceability, and maintain 5S, PPE compliance, and accurate documentation such as GRN, DO, and stock cards. Strong attention to detail and safety mindset are essential to minimise discrepancies and support

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP/inventory management systems.
• Familiarity with FIFO and stock traceability.
• Ability to perform regular stock counts and prepare reports.
• Knowledge of 5S and workplace safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate stock records using ERP / inventory systems.
• Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and annual physical inventories.
• Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and raise purchase requests when needed.
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies.
• Issue materials, tools, and consumables to production based on work orders.
• Track material movement between warehouse, production floor, and subcontractors.
• Ensure FIFO (First-In-First-Out) and traceability requirements are followed.
• Enforce workplace safety regulations, including proper use of PPE.
• Maintain accurate documentation: GRN, DO, stock cards, inventory reports, and audit records.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse performance reports.
