Job summary

Notebook Plaza Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an organised Inventory/Purchasing Assistant to support daily stock operations and purchasing activities. You will handle purchase orders, perform stock checks, and assist in administrative tasks within the ICT retail environment at Plaza Low Yat.

The ideal candidate has a diploma or degree in business administration, logistics, or warehouse management, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a positive, self-motivated attitude.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Logistics or Warehouse Management (or equivalent).
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• High level of conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day inventory operational tasks.
• Issuing of purchase orders & handle other purchase order related matters.
• Conduct periodic stock checks and ensure stock accuracy.
• Perform administrative and division support activities.
• Execute division policy and ensure full adoption and comply with workflows or standard operating procedures.
• Undertake ad-hoc tasks as required.
