Job summary

Brightstar Computer Sdn Bhd is seeking a Warehouse Slotting Executive to optimize storage locations and improve stock traceability at Plaza Low Yat, Kuala Lumpur. You will plan slotting by size, value and movement, carry out put-away, and keep ERP records accurate.

The role requires a Diploma/SPM with at least 1 year in warehouse or inventory work, familiarity with inventory systems and strong Excel skills, plus physical stamina for hands-on duties.

• Familiar with inventory systems; good Excel skills
• Organised, detail-oriented and accountable for stock accuracy
• Able to handle physical work
• Experience with bin location or warehouse layout planning is an advantage

• Assign and maintain storage locations (bin / rack / shelf) for all incoming stock
• Plan slotting by product size, value and sales movement to speed up picking
• Carry out put-away and re-slotting, and keep location labels accurate
• Update item locations in the ERP system and resolve location discrepancies
• Support stock counts, serial number checks and warehouse space planning

We are looking for a Warehouse Slotting Executive to plan where every item is stored in our warehouse, so stock is easy to find, fast to pick and accurately recorded.

Job location:

Plaza Low Yat, Bukit Bintang, 55100 Kuala Lumpur (warehouse & outlet operations)

Key responsibilities:

Assign and maintain storage locations (bin / rack / shelf) for all incoming stock

Plan slotting by product size, value and sales movement to speed up picking

Carry out put-away and re-slotting, and keep location labels accurate

Update item locations in the ERP system and resolve location discrepancies

Support stock counts, serial number checks and warehouse space planning

Requirements:
