Job summary

ZPLUSPOLYMER SDN BHD in Sungai Tiram, Johor is seeking a Storekeeper to manage stock accuracy and support daily operations. You will record incoming and outgoing goods, and issue materials to Production based on approved requisitions.

Coordinate with transporters for shipments, assist in stock counts and monthly reports, and resolve discrepancies. Fresh graduates welcome; 1 year in storekeeping preferred. Proficiency in Excel and a willingness to OT are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum education requirement: SPM or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in storekeeping, inventory management, or a related field. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with inventory systems is an added advantage.
• Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, dependable with good attendance and punctuality.
• Able to work overtime (OT) when required.

Responsibilities

• Record and update all incoming and outgoing goods accurately.
• Perform basic data entry for stock movements in inventory systems and stock cards.
• Issue materials to the Production team based on approved requisition forms.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external parties (e.g. transporters, freight forwarders) to support daily shipments.
• Assist in checking and resolving stock or shipment discrepancies.
• Participate in regular stock counts and inventory checks.
• Assist in preparing monthly inventory and stock movement reports.
• Support the Manager with additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
