Job summary

Malaysian Industrial Geotechnical Sdn Bhd is seeking a detail-oriented Store Administrative Clerk to support the store/warehouse department in Puchong, Selangor. You will maintain inventory records, process documentation and coordinate stock movements to ensure smooth daily operations.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or STPM, has 1–2 years in store administration, is proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory systems, and demonstrates reliability, teamwork and the ability to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Diploma or STPM with inventory/admin experience.
• 1–2 years in store administration or warehouse administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory systems.
• Willing for long-term commitment.
• Fast learner and adaptable.
• Team player and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update inventory records in the system.
• Prepare GRN, DO, stock issue notes and other store documents.
• Prepare parts for technicians according to the repair job schedule.
• Receiving goods and storing in the relevant locations.
• Prepare and packing goods for delivery via courier or transporters.
• Process stock receiving, issuing, transfers and returns accurately.
• Verify delivery documents against purchase orders and received goods.
• Assist in stock counts and annual stock takes.
• Monitor inventory levels and report low stock for replenishment.
• Maintain proper filing of store and inventory documents.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics and other departments on stock availability.
• Ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and promptly.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized and safe store environment.
• Perform other administrative duties assigned by Store Supervisor or Management.
