Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory, warehouse, logistics, or administrative work is an advantage.
• Familiarity with inventory or SQL-based systems is preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination skills are essential.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Generate Invoices and Delivery Orders (DO) using SQL/system software.
• Manage daily inventory records, including stock movement, receiving, and issuing.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control and stock reconciliation.
• Handle reception duties, including receiving visitors, calls, and general administrative matters.
• Communicate and coordinate with logistics partners regarding deliveries and shipments.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding orders, deliveries, and stock-related matters.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure inventory records are updated promptly.
• Perform other administrative and inventory-related duties as assigned.
• Assist with unloading stock and allocating it to the designated warehouse locations.
• Prepare and pack goods for customer orders.
