Job summary

Sam Fah Enterprise (M) Sdn Bhd in Miri, Malaysia, is seeking an Incharge to input purchase orders for Salesman & Express customers, perform stock adjustments, and assist with monthly stock audits.

You will assist in receiving stock, liaise with logistics for incoming stock, update GRN, and coordinate with suppliers and warehouse PIC for stock discrepancies, supporting the Head of Department with ad hoc tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in purchase order entry for customers
• Ability to perform stock adjustments and audits
• Good liaison with logistics and suppliers

Responsibilities

• Key in Purchase Order for Salesman & Express customers
• Carry out Monthly Stock Audit
• Assist in Receiving stock
• Liase with logistic company for stock incoming
• Update GRN, liaise with Supplier, and Warehouse PIC for stock discrepancies
• Assist HOD for any ad hoc job requested
