Job summary

Carsome Sdn Bhd is seeking an Operation Assistant to provide administrative support to all levels of the organization. You will travel daily to facilitate car transactions, verify car conditions, and upload documents into the system while reading and understanding both Malay and English.

Ideal candidates have customer service experience and a valid driving license, with a strong ability to follow instructions and meet targets.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or automotive is preferred.
• Must have a valid driving license.
• Able to read and understand Malay and English.
• Willing to travel daily and follow company targets.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily car transactions and administrative tasks.
• Check car condition prior to transactions.
• Upload documents into the system.
• Follow the timetable and company directions.

Your Day-to-Day

To be able to travel on a daily basis to make the transaction of a car.

Able to check car condition before transaction.

Able to use the system provided for daily operation processes

Able to upload documents into the system.

Able to read and understand Malay and English languages.

Able to communicate properly in Malay or English languages

Able to strictly follow company direction and target

Able to execute process perfectly

Able to follow the timetable prepared by the company

Your Know-How

Customer service experience in areas such as retail, hospitality, automotive and clerical industries are preferred.

Have a valid driving license.

Good listening skills and strong customer focus.

High level of self -motivation.
