You will handle daily inventory reporting, system reconciliation, and oversee processes like inventory reconciliation, scrap coordination, and audit compliance, delivering accurate data to empower the supply chain team.

Your role supports broader operations by maintaining reliable inventory information and enabling timely, informed decisions across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in supply chain, inventory control, or administrative logistics support.
• Strong proficiency with Oracle and data visualization/reporting tools like PowerBI.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUPs, and data formatting.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies in large datasets.
• Proven ability to follow established workflows and maintain process documentation.
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills for coordination with internal teams and external partners.
