Job summary

Haleon plc. is seeking a Finance Analyst to support Inventory, Cost Accounting and Intercompany Tracking activities across markets, ensuring accurate month-end close, balance-sheet integrity, and compliant financial reporting.

You will work with FPCRA, COE, CS&L and market stakeholders to deliver timely financial outcomes. You will influence P&L and Balance Sheet reviews, provide variance analysis for inventory and COGS movements, and participate in process improvements across Inventory, Costing

Qualifications

4+ years of Financial Reporting experience.
Strong background in Inventory and Cost Accounting including Intercompany.
Experience with Internal Control Frameworks, ideally SOX.
Experience in a Shared Service Centre in financial accounting in a multinational environment.
Proactive, good communication and stakeholder management.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Proficiency in Excel/Power BI and databases.

Responsibilities

Support month-end close, financial reporting and issue resolution with cross-functional teams.
Act as key finance contact for Inventory Accounting, Cost Accounting and ICT matters.
Provide variance analysis and explanations for inventory and COGS movements.
Collaborate with CS&L and market teams to resolve inventory-related issues.
Support ICT activities including DPS/Profit Release and intercompany reconciliations.
Contribute to management reporting packs (Gross Margin, WCAP, inventory reporting).
Provide schedules and supporting docs for statutory, tax, and audit needs.
