Job summary

Haleon is seeking a skilled finance Analyst in Malaysia to support Inventory, Cost Accounting and Intercompany Tracking activities. You will ensure accurate month-end close, balance-sheet integrity and compliant financial reporting while coordinating with FPCRA, CS&L, Supply Chain and market stakeholders.

The role emphasizes variance analysis, intercompany reconciliations, and delivering high-quality financial outcomes. Strong Excel/Power BI and SAP/Bison experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Financial Reporting experience.
• Strong background in Inventory and Cost Accounting including Intercompany process.
• Experience with Internal Control Frameworks, ideally SOX.
• Experience in a multinational Shared Service Centre environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pro-active, analytical problem-solver with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end close, financial reporting and issue resolution across inventories and costs.
• Be the main finance contact for inventory accounting, ICT, PPV, stock provision and related COGS matters.
• Collaborate with FPCRA to review P&L and balance sheet, provide variance analysis.
• Investigate inventory-related exceptions with CS&L, Supply Chain and markets.
• Support ICT activities and intercompany reconciliations.
• Provide inputs for management reporting, including gross margin and working capital.
