Job summary

The Hershey Company is seeking a Controller Inventory for Malaysia & India to oversee inventory and manufacturing accounting across Hershey’s plants. You will ensure accurate accounting, governance, and compliance with US GAAP and SOX, partnering with Operations, Supply Chain, FP&A, and Shared Services.

You will lead complex analyses, provide guidance, and drive governance improvements in a centralized model supporting regional operations. CPA or equivalent preferred; SAP experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance/commerce or related field.
• CPA/CA/ACCA/CMA or equivalent qualification preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex accounting analyses with broad financial impact.
• Provide functional and technical guidance on accounting implications.
• Oversee financial reporting accuracy and disclosures for integrity.
• Support audits and regulatory reviews to ensure compliant execution.
• Influence process and control enhancements to strengthen governance.
