Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented individual to manage inventory for central kitchen operations. You will track inventory movements, record stock activity, and maintain optimal stock levels to support smooth production flow.

The role requires strong Excel skills, familiarity with inventory systems, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Prior store/warehouse experience is considered an advantage.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Prior store / inventory / warehouse experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Track inventory movements, including incoming and outgoing goods.
• Record all stock movements accurately in the inventory system (Excel / APPS).
• Identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions to prevent stock variances.
• Perform regular stock checks and assist in cycle counts / stock audits.
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of inventory in the store.
• Coordinate with Purchasing teams.
• Prepare basic inventory reports (stock balance, usage, low stock items).
• Support process improvements to enhance inventory efficiency and control.
