Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to manage overall stock and maintain accurate records. You will tally stock, reconcile discrepancies, and handle data entry to ensure up-to-date inventory information across warehouses.

Responsibilities include monitoring incoming and outgoing shipments, coordinating with overseas factories for bulk orders, and preparing monthly inventory movement and balance reports.

Qualifications

• Prefer SPM qualification.
• 1–2 years of work experience (inventory, warehouse, purchasing, or related experience is advantageous).
• Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall stock and inventory records.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through stock tallying and reconciliation.
• Handle stock transactions, data entry, and record keeping.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing goods shipments.
• Purchase goods from approved vendors.
• Coordinate with overseas factories for bulk orders.
• Evaluate stock conditions and determine restocking needs.
• Negotiate or select the best pricing options.
• Prepare monthly inventory movement and balance reports.
