Job summary

The candidate will apply FIFO/FEFO principles, maintain labeling standards, and collaborate across departments to produce timely inventory and procurement reports, ensuring smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Process Purchase Orders (PO) according to company SOP.
• Maintain accurate inventory records; identify and resolve stock discrepancies promptly.
• Verify quantity and quality during Receiving & Inspection; match items with PO and Delivery Order (DO).
• Perform periodic stock counts (Stocktaking) and reconcile physical stock with the inventory system.
• Organize inventory storage and ensure proper handling and labeling; apply FIFO/FEFO stock rotation to reduce waste and damage.
