Job summary

Masimo, a Danaher operating company, is seeking an Inventory Control Analyst for our Pasir Gudang, Johor site. The role focuses on maintaining accurate inventory levels, performing daily cycle counts, and reporting counts to management.

Qualifications include a Diploma in Manufacturing or related field, experience with RF and barcode scanning, and familiarity with cycle count software. The role is on-site with comprehensive benefits and a focus on safety and process control.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Manufacturing or related field.
• Experience with RF and barcode scanning is required.
• Experience in control of documents and material tracking.
• Familiarity with software-based cycle count and physical inventory programs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cycle count activity in all functional areas, raw materials and finished goods.
• Reconcile each count, perform root cause analysis and trending.
• Track errors and report information to the parties responsible.
• Report cycle count data to management for review and publication.
• Determine accuracy percentages based on lines counted, units counted and variance cost.
• Maintain rotation of inventory to ensure FIFO picking of lot number sequences.
