Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with inventory management is preferred.
• Ability to conduct regular physical inventory counts with accuracy.
• Experience maintaining meticulous stock records and tracking movements.

Responsibilities

• Utilize inventory management reports to track stock and ensure accuracy.
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts to verify stock records.
• Conduct weekly and monthly physical stock counts and support warehouse activities.
• Maintain detailed records of all inventory movements (incoming and outgoing).
• Track inventory and stock in real time and report discrepancies promptly.
• Assist with reordering processes and trigger stock alerts before depletion.
• Support housekeeping tasks and cost-saving projects as directed by Supervisors.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by Executive and Supervisor.
