Job summary

GENE MARTINO (M) SDN.BHD is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Controller to monitor and maintain accurate stock levels across multiple locations. The role involves reconciling discrepancies, processing transfers and adjustments, and generating reports to aid management decisions.

You will collaborate with Warehouse, Purchasing, Retail Operations, Finance, and Sales teams while ensuring SOP compliance and driving process improvements for efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse inventory control and reconciliation.
• Familiarity with stock transfers and stock adjustments.
• Ability to prepare inventory reports and analyze data.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy across warehouses and retail outlets.
• Perform stock reconciliation and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Process stock transfers, stock adjustments, and inventory transactions.
• Prepare inventory reports and support management with inventory analysis.
• Coordinate and participate in periodic stock counts and annual stock takes.
• Work closely with Warehouse, Purchasing, Retail Operations, Finance, and Sales teams.
• Ensure compliance with inventory policies, procedures, and SOPs.
• Recommend improvements to inventory control processes for greater efficiency.
