Job summary

Poo Trading Import & Export Sdn Bhd is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory/Stock Controller to monitor stock in and out, ageing, and Grade B stock, ensuring system records are accurate.

You will perform basic inventory costing and stock valuation, identify discrepancies, and prepare daily/weekly stock reports while partnering with Operations to maintain tight stock control. 2–3 years of relevant experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Inventory / Stock Control / Warehouse / Costing or related fields.
• Good with numbers and stock analysis.
• Good Excel and computer skills.
• Experience with inventory / ERP systems is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented and accurate.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and follow up on issues.
• Experience in FMCG / Fresh Produce / Food Distribution is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily stock in and out from the system.
• Check and monitor stock ageing and Grade B stock.
• Check receiving stock and ensure system records are accurate.
• Perform basic inventory costing and stock valuation through the system.
• Check stock discrepancies and follow up with the Operations / Warehouse team.
• Prepare simple daily / weekly stock reports.
• Work closely with Operations to ensure proper stock control.
