Job summary

MONO LOOP (M) SDN BHD is seeking an Inventory Assistant to support receiving, checking, inspecting, sorting and processing incoming merchandise. You will help with inventory records, stock movement and other inventory processing activities.

You will arrange merchandise in designated storage areas in an organized manner, assist with stock counts, report damaged or missing items, and help maintain cleanliness, safety and proper condition of storage spaces.

Responsibilities

• Assist with receiving, checking, inspecting, sorting and processing incoming merchandise.
• Assist with product labelling, inventory records, stock movement, and other inventory processing activities.
• Arrange and maintain merchandise in designated storage areas in an organized and systematic manner.
• Assist with stock counting and inventory checks to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Identify and report damaged, missing, defective, or unidentifiable merchandise to the Inventory Leader or Sub-Leader.
• Maintain the cleanliness, tidiness, safety, and proper condition of inventory and storage areas.
• Follow Company procedures, work instructions, and operational standards.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Inventory Leader and Operation Manager from time to time.
