Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a warehouse assistant to support daily operations at KLIA on-site. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, and candidates should be physically fit to handle stock and routine warehouse tasks.

You will manage receiving, stocking, stock transfers, and maintain accurate stock records, ensuring safety and order in a dynamic warehouse environment. Teamwork, punctuality, and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory handling is an advantage.
• Able to work accurately with stock records and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Receiving & Stocking – Receive incoming goods, check quantities and conditions, and store items in the appropriate locations.
• Goods Transfer & Documentation – Handle goods transfers and ensure all related documentation and records are properly maintained.
• Stock Handling & Safety – Handle stock safely and ensure proper storage, handling, and movement of goods in accordance with safety procedures.
• Warehouse Housekeeping, Verification & Control – Maintain warehouse cleanliness and conduct regular stock verification and inventory control.
• Stocktake Support – Assist in periodic stock counts and stocktake activities, including reconciliation of physical stock against records.
• Other Responsibilities – Perform other warehouse-related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management.
