Job summary

Metro Excel Resources in Malaysia is seeking a warehouse associate to support receiving, stocking, and stock control at KLIA on-site. Fresh graduates are welcome; candidates must be physically fit and able to lift and move stock.

You will handle goods transfers and documentation, ensuring accurate stock records and compliance with safety procedures. The role emphasizes teamwork, punctuality, and reliable execution of duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.

• Physically fit and able to handle warehouse duties, including lifting and moving stock.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory handling is an advantage.
• Able to work accurately with stock records and documentation.
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Receiving & Stocking – Receive incoming goods, check quantities and conditions, and store items in the appropriate locations.
• Goods Transfer & Documentation – Handle goods transfers and ensure all related documentation and records are properly maintained.
• Stock Handling & Safety – Handle stock safely and ensure proper storage, handling, and movement of goods in accordance with safety procedures.
• Warehouse Housekeeping, Verification & Control – Maintain warehouse cleanliness and conduct regular stock verification and inventory control.
• Stocktake Support – Assist in periodic stock counts and stocktake activities, including reconciliation of physical stock against records.
• Other Responsibilities – Perform other warehouse-related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management.
