Job summary

Goodnite Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a proactive telemarketing associate to engage prospects and customers through outbound calls, using provided leads and databases.

You will promote products and services, nurture relationships, and drive conversions while meeting call volume and sales targets. You will also support the Telemarketing team in executing campaigns to strengthen customer engagement.

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers using provided leads and databases.
• Promote products, services, and ongoing campaigns to generate sales opportunities.
• Follow up with leads and customers to nurture relationships and encourage conversions.
• Achieve assigned call volume, lead generation, and sales targets.
