Job summary

Lazada Group in Malaysia is offering a part-time internship-focused position supporting end-to-end management of seller performance within strategic programs such as JBP and SBP. You will assist in KPI monitoring, reporting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to align activities with platform goals.

The role emphasizes onboarding sellers into foundational programs, providing performance feedback, and contributing insights to improve program frameworks.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong interest in e-commerce, digital marketplaces, and seller ecosystem development.
• Proficient in English; Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Job description

1. 1、Support the end-to-end management of seller performance within key strategic programs—including JBP, SBP, and their standard tiers under senior team guidance.
2. 2、Assist in monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on seller KPIs and program compliance to help evaluate performance, identify basic gaps, and support data-driven recommendations.
3. 3、Coordinate with cross-functional teams—including category management, operations, and account management—to align seller activities with platform goals and track execution of business plans.
4. 4、Support key account managers by helping deliver performance feedback, guiding sellers through onboarding into foundational programs (e.g., JBP or SBP), and clarifying basic eligibility criteria.
5. 5、Contribute seller insights and market observations to inform updates and improvements to existing JBP/SBP program frameworks.

Job Requirements

1. 1、Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
2. 2、Strong interest in e-commerce, digital marketplaces, and seller ecosystem development; prior internship experience in tech or e-commerce is a plus.
3. 3、Proficient in English; fluency in Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin is advantageous.
4. 4、Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
5. 5、Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn, with a customer-first mindset and strong teamwork orientation.
