ThinkChat is an AI chatbot platform helping Malaysian businesses automate customer conversations on WhatsApp and the web. You will work closely with the founder and marketing team to find leads, run demos and help close SME customers.

Based in Malaysia (Selangor, Puchong area), this role offers hands-on sales exposure, shaping a go-to-market approach, building relationships with small and medium enterprises, and supporting trials through the CRM.

• Book and support product demos
• Follow up on trials and keep the CRM updated
• Help prepare sales decks, case studies and event materials
