Oleon is seeking an intern to support the production team at Pulau Indah, Port Klang. You will assist with daily operations, record batch data, and participate in efficiency improvement projects over a 6-month period.

The role requires pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering/Science or related field, with English and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency, and basic MS Word/Excel skills. An attractive internship allowance and complimentary meals are offered.

Qualifications

• Pursuing at least Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related engineering field.
• English and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency.
• Basic computer skills: Word and Excel.
• Willing to commit duration: 6 months.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willing to learn and take initiative.

Responsabilités

• Assist the production team in establishing the pictorial work procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks and record batch data.
• Perform administrative duties and support site improvements.
• Record equipment readings and production reports; participate in 5S activities.
• Execute on-site mini-projects and validate improvements over the internship period.
• Support housekeeping and 5S within assigned areas.

We are looking for an internship to further support the team.

As an internship, you will support the team on the daily operations and other ad hoc task.

Some of your main duties & responsibilities:

• Assist on Production team establishing the pictorial work procedure
• Collaborate with other team members to complete assigned tasks
• Perform administrative duties as needed
• Execute “mini-projects” on site and validate effectiveness of improvements over the course of the internship
• Record batch data, equipment readings, and production reports
• Participate in efficiency improvement projects
• Support 5S and housekeeping activities within assigned areas

Who are we looking for?

You'll succeed if:

• You are currently pursuing at least Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering/ Science or any engineering studies to related field
• You can converse: English & Bahasa Malaysia
• You have basic computer skills – Microsoft Word & Excel
• You can commit duration: 6months
• You can possess good interpersonal & communication skills
• You have proficiency in Microsoft Office & Autocad
• You are willing & open to learn
• You are proactive & strong initiative
• You are willing to work in Pulau Indah, Port Klang
