Job summary

ECON Healthcare Group – Johor Bahru, Johor is seeking a proactive team member to support daily census reporting, document filing, and professional handling of residents/sponsors feedback. The role also involves localizing care documentation and reviewing resident files and bed locations.

The candidate will respond to walk-in and phone enquiries, help source marketing strategies, assist with digital marketing, and support the sales/marketing teams in administration and after-sales tasks.

Responsibilities

• To assist in preparing data, reports of daily census and enquiries.
• To assist in proper filing of documents.
• To handle residents/sponsors’ feedback in a professional manner.
• To ensure operations and care documentations are up-to-date and to localize contents when it is necessary.
• To review Case Files and bed location of residents.
• To attend and follow-up promptly on walk-in and telephone enquiries.
• To assist in sourcing for marketing strategies in exploring new sources of referrals, including planning and organizing branding or other networking events.
• To assist on digital marketing on online platform.
• To support sales and marketing team in the administration and after sales services.
• To gather idea on to promote and market company service.
• To look into ways in improving the day-to-day operation processes.
• To support sales and marketing team in the administration and after sales services.
• To perform duties tasked by trainer of the organization.
