Job summary

ECON Healthcare Group in Johor Bahru is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Assistant to support daily accounting and finance activities. You will assist in preparing invoices, vouchers and receipts, and help maintain financial records and documentation.

The role involves AP/AR documentation, data entry, bank reconciliations and preparing simple financial reports. You will liaise with internal departments and vendors to improve processes and ensure proper documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily accounting and finance related tasks.
• Assist in preparing invoices, payment vouchers and receipts.
• Assist with accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) documentation.
• Maintain and organize financial records and documents.
• Assist in data entry and updating financial records.
• Support bank reconciliation and basic accounting activities.
• Assist in preparing simple financial reports and summaries.
• Support budget tracking and basic expenses monitoring.
• Assist with audit preparation and documentation.
• Liaise with internal departments and vendors when required.
• Assist in improving finance processes and maintaining proper documentation.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Finance Manager or supervisor
