Job summary

Jora Malaysia is offering an Internship IT Technical Support (Computer Hardware) position. The role covers hardware installation, OS configuration, and application setup with hands-on training.

Applicants should have a Certificate/Diploma/degree in CS/IT hardware, strong communication, and willingness to travel for outstation work. Monthly and mileage allowances are provided to support field visits.

• Good interpersonal and effective communication skills.
• Willing to travel (outstation).

Responsibilities

• Installation and configuration computer hardware, operating system, and applications.
• Corrective maintenance and Preventive Maintenance.
• Troubleshooting technical hardware and software issues.
• Basic Networking (Switching, Wireless and Cabling)
• Monthly allowance
• Outstation allowance (if needed)
• Mileage claim (if attend case at the site or outstation, for using own transport)
• On-site / Hands-on Training
• Meal allowance (if outstation)
