IXI Solutions Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an IT Intern to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. You will assist with first and second level helpdesk support and collaborate with the client’s infrastructure operations team to maintain IT systems.

The role covers firewalling, wireless, servers and LAN connectivity, with a focus on data security policy compliance. Candidates should hold a computing/IT degree and speak English, BM and Mandarin.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Computing/Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Proficiency in LAN, WLAN, WAN, network security, server and virtualization is an advantage.
• Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.

Responsabilidades

• Involve with 1st and 2nd level system support for helpdesk administration.
• Collaborate with customer IT operations teams for daily infrastructure support.
• Support IT infrastructure including firewalling, wireless, server and LAN connectivity.

Our business is expanding, and we are looking for an Internship IT to join our organization.

What we need you to do?

• You will get involve with the 1st and 2nd level of system support for helpdesk administration and keeping up of all customer infrastructure hardware.
• We need you to collaborate with customer technical infrastructure operation team members for daily operations and support of IT infrastructure system.
• You will be responsible for operations and support of IT Infrastructure, not limited to firewalling, wireless, server, and LAN related connectivity.
• You will be required to ensure the Confidentiality, Integrity and Non-repudiation of business data and information by following the compliance & enforcement of customer IT Security Policies, Standards, Codes and Procedures for Networks.

What we need from you?

• At least a bachelor’s degree in Computing / Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent discipline.
• Proficiency in variety of network type is an added advantage, e.g.,LAN, WLAN, WAN, NETWORK SECURITY, SERVER, VIRTUALISATIONwould be added advantage.
• Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
