Job summary

Infineon Technologies seeks an internship in QM Digitalization to support automation and data-driven projects. You will work with Python, SQL and REST APIs, applying CNN and YOLO for computer vision tasks.

You’ll contribute to developing, testing, and documenting automation solutions in a semiconductor manufacturing environment. Ideal candidates are pursuing a degree in Electronics, CS, Physics or Mechatronics with a strong interest in learning new tools.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor Degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Physics, Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum CGPA 3.00 and above.
• Demonstrates knowledge in semiconductor fabrication and packaging.
• Demonstrates interest to learn new technology and tools.
• Proven experience programming in Python, PyTorch or TensorFlow/Keras.
• Knowledge in Convolution Neural Network (CNN) and YOLO.
• Proven knowledge in SQL programming and database administration.
• Willing to take up unfamiliar tasks and learn independently even without prior experience.
• Basic knowledge in REST API, Linux or container platform is an advantage.
• Knowledge in OpenShift, Docker or containerized application deployment is an advantage.
• Knowledge in Large Language Model (LLM) and Agentic AI is an advantage.
• Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to document technical work clearly.
