Job summary

ComRel Technologies Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a maintenance technician to take charge of assigned products and ensure smooth operation, delivering continuous service support and on-site installation.

You will undertake preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and repair equipment on-site or in-house, maintain good relations with customers, and address service concerns collaboratively with clients.

Training provided and internship allowance offered.

Qualifications

• SPM/Diploma/Certificate in Electronic/Electrical Engineering.
• Team player with mature personality and proficient in good communication skill.
• Positive, self-motivated and demonstrated abilities in working independently.
• Possess valid Malaysia Driving license (class D) with own transport (car).
• Must be able to work after office hours if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Taking charge of product assigned and ensure smooth running and provides continuous service support.
• Installation and commissioning of machines/equipment on-site.
• Undertake preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and repair equipment in house or on-site.
• Maintain good relationship and provide good after sales support to customer.
• Liaise and work with customer to address service concerns and to solve technical problems.
