Plexus Manufacturing Sdn Bhd in Penang is offering an HR internship for Jan/Feb/Mar 2027 intake. The role covers talent acquisition activities, coordination with internal stakeholders, and active participation in campus and internal intern engagement events.

You'll gain exposure to full recruitment lifecycle, TA career paths, time management, project coordination, and communication with internal and external teams, with emphasis on English communication and proactive problem solving.

In Plexus, we are offering structured industrial training program for the HR departments as below:

Talent Acquisition Intern

Job Scope:

• Actively participate in Campus/ Internal Intern Engagement Activities (pre, during and post)
• Identify a diverse range of interviews to observe, considering different roles, levels, and interviewers.
• Coordination with internal stakeholders, e.g: email update, interview arrangement, TA event planning, etc.

Development:

• Full Recruitment Lifecycle.
• TA Career Path.
• Time management.
• Project planning, execution & coordination.
• Communication skills (liaise with internal & external people).
• Technical skills e.g: email management, google workspace, system exposure.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Degree from Business Management, International Business, HR or equivalent.

Internship period preferable 3months and 6 months.

Good communication skills and proficient in English

Proactive problem solving, follow up and negotiation skills

internship intake prefer Jan/Feb/Mar 2027

Preferred final semester student
