Job summary

Plexus Manufacturing Sdn Bhd invites interns in HR, Business, or Finance studies for Jan/Feb/Mar 2027 intake. The program offers exposure across Supply Chain, Human Resource, Program Management, Logistics, and Finance, with hands-on tasks under supervision.

Interns will support event planning, data management, research, and presentation creation, while shadowing multiple office roles and gaining practical industry skills.

Qualifications

• Require Diploma or Degree in Business Management, International Business, Accounting, Finance, HR or equivalent.
• Internship period preferably 3 months and 6 months.
• Good communication skills and proficient in English.
• Proactive problem solving, follow up and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing information and research materials; create and maintain PowerPoint presentations.
• Manage databases and input information, data, and records.
• Attend company functions and in-house networking events.
• Shadow multiple office positions and train in a variety of tasks.
