Job summary

Fromage Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Marketing student or fresh graduate for a hands-on internship. You will coordinate daily online orders, build and maintain the Shopify product catalog, and grow our customer lists via WhatsApp and email campaigns.

You'll learn to manage Google Business Profile posts and run small Meta ad campaigns while researching gifting prospects. A practical, learning-focused role with a small team and clear growth paths await.

Qualifications

• Marketing, business, or e-commerce student or fresh grad
• Organised, comfortable with spreadsheets, writes clean English
• Curious about how a real online store actually makes money
• Bonus: any experience with Shopify, Canva, Meta Ads, or a small online shop of your own

Responsibilities

• Process and coordinate daily online orders with the shop team
• Build out and maintain the full product catalog on Shopify: descriptions, pricing, pairing notes and AI-generated product images (we will teach you the image workflow)
• Build our WhatsApp and email customer lists, in-store and online, and send the weekly broadcast
• Own our Google Business Profile: posts, review replies, questions
• Run small Meta ad campaigns (we will teach you)
• Research and contact corporate gifting prospects and creators: offices, hotels, concierges, micro-influencers
• Send a simple Friday report: traffic, orders, best sellers, list growth
