Job summary

Jora Malaysia is offering an internship for an E-commerce Marketing Specialist. We’re looking for a marketing, business, or e‑commerce student or fresh grad in Kuala Lumpur who is organised, comfortable with spreadsheets, and writes clean English.

You will build and maintain the Shopify product catalog, grow WhatsApp and email lists, manage Google Business Profile, and assist with small Meta ad campaigns. Training provided, allowance, 5 working days, SOCSO.

Qualifications

Marketing, business, or e-commerce student or fresh grad
Organised, comfortable with spreadsheets, writes clean English
Curious about how a real online store actually makes money

Responsibilities

Process and coordinate daily online orders with the shop team
Build out and maintain the full product catalog on Shopify: descriptions, pricing, pairing notes and AI-generated product images (we will teach you the image workflow)
Build our WhatsApp and email customer lists, in-store and online, and send the weekly broadcast
Own our Google Business Profile: posts, review replies, questions
Run small Meta ad campaigns (we will teach you)
Research and contact corporate gifting prospects and creators: offices, hotels, concierges, micro-influencers
Send a simple Friday report: traffic, orders, best sellers, list growth
