Job summary

Jora Malaysia offers an internship for a Digital Marketing Executive. You should be a Marketing, business, or e-commerce student or fresh grad, organized, comfortable with spreadsheets, and able to write clean English.

You will learn how a real online store makes money and gain practical experience with Shopify, Canva, and Meta Ads. You will coordinate daily online orders, manage the Shopify catalog, build customer lists, and handle Google Business Profile posts and inquiries.

Qualifications

• Marketing, business, or e-commerce student or fresh grad.
• Organised, comfortable with spreadsheets, writes clean English.
• Curious about how a real online store actually makes money.
• Bonus: any experience with Shopify, Canva, Meta Ads, or a small online shop of your own.

Responsibilities

• Process and coordinate daily online orders with the shop team.
• Build out and maintain Shopify product catalog: descriptions, pricing, pairing notes and AI-generated product images.
• Build our WhatsApp and email customer lists, in-store and online, and send the weekly broadcast.
• Own our Google Business Profile: posts, review replies, questions.
• Run small Meta ad campaigns.
• Research and contact corporate gifting prospects and creators: offices, hotels, concierges, micro-influencers.
• Send a simple Friday report: traffic, orders, best sellers, list growth.
