Job summary

• 1. Support Downstream Growth Innovation portfolio management by maintaining innovation databases, consolidating data from stakeholders and assisting in the development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards for reporting and analysis.
• 2. Assist in the planning and delivery of Downstream Hackathon and innovation engagement programmes, including programme setup, event coordination, and preparation of change and communication materials.
• 3. Support the Core Innovation program management: managing the Core Innovation SharePoint catalogue, scale‑up programme and assisting with procedure documentation
• 4. Provide general programme management support by documenting meeting discussions, tracking action items, and supporting planning, scheduling, and coordination activities.
