Partnership & Event Intern

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Partnership & Event Intern to join our education team. Job Responsibilities

• Partnership Development Support: Assist in researching potential educational and community partners, support initial outreach via email, social media, or phone calls, and help maintain partnership records and contact lists.
• Event Coordination: Aid in planning and executing educational events, workshops, and community engagement activities. Manage event logistics such as setup, registration, material preparation, and on‑site coordination. Capture feedback and assist in post‑event reporting.
• Educational Programme Assistance: Prepare educational resources and onboarding materials, support programme rollouts by assisting with communication and follow‑ups with participants, and maintain up‑to‑date records of educational programme participation.
• Creative Content Assistance: Contribute ideas and help create social media posts, scripts, and basic editing tasks, and monitor/report on social media engagement related to education and partnership activities.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• Proficient in using Google Sheets/Excel for data analysis, reporting, and tracking.
