FirstStep Child Specialist Clinic in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a responsible Clinic Assistant Intern to support daily clinic operations and part-time e-commerce packing each morning. This role is ideal for students aiming to gain practical experience in clinic administration and client communication.

• Students pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Psychology, Nursing, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a healthcare-related field are welcome to apply.

• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to work in Sri Hartamas, Kuala Lumpur.

Responsibilities

• Assist with enquiries, patient registration, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups.
• Maintain patient records, filing, and clinic documentation.
• Prepare the clinic and relevant materials for appointments.
• Monitor clinic supplies and inventory.
• Support daily administrative tasks and coordinate with the clinic team.
• Pack online orders for approximately 2 hours each morning.
• Check product details and order information before packing.
• Prepare parcels for dispatch and maintain an organised packing area.
• Monitor packing supplies and report stock shortages.

Responsibilities

Clinic Administration

• Assist with enquiries, patient registration, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups.
• Maintain patient records, filing, and clinic documentation.
• Prepare the clinic and relevant materials for appointments.
• Monitor clinic supplies and inventory.
• Support daily administrative tasks and coordinate with the clinic team.
• Assist with other operational tasks when required.

E-commerce Support

• Pack online orders for approximately 2 hours each morning.
• Check product details and order information before packing.
• Prepare parcels for dispatch and maintain an organised packing area.
• Monitor packing supplies and report stock shortages.

Requirements
