Job summary

FirstStep Psychology & Child Development Centre is seeking a responsible Clinic Assistant Intern to support daily clinic operations in Sri Hartamas, Kuala Lumpur. The role includes approximately 2 hours of e-commerce order packing each morning and hands-on experience in clinic administration.

Ideal candidates are students pursuing a Diploma or Degree in psychology, nursing, pharmacy, business administration, or related healthcare fields.

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Psychology, Nursing, Pharmacy, Business Administration or healthcare-related field.
• Internship students and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Clinic Administration: assist with enquiries, patient registration, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups; maintain patient records, filing and clinic documentation; prepare clinic and materials for appointments; monitor supplies and inventory; support daily administrative tasks; coordinate with clinic team; assist with other operational tasks.
• E-commerce Support: pack online orders for ~2 hours each morning; check product details and order information before packing; prepare parcels for dispatch; maintain packing area; monitor packing supplies and report stock shortages.

FirstStep Child Specialist Clinic is looking for a responsible and friendly Clinic Assistant Intern to support our daily clinic operations. This role also includes approximately 2 hours of e-commerce order packing each morning.

This is a good opportunity for students who want to gain practical experience in clinic administration, client communication, and daily operations in a child development setting.

Responsibilities

Clinic Administration:

Assist with enquiries, patient registration, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups.

Maintain patient records, filing, and clinic documentation.

Prepare the clinic and relevant materials for appointments.

Monitor clinic supplies and inventory.

Support daily administrative tasks and coordinate with the clinic team.
