Job summary

De Infinity Group is seeking a finance-support professional in Malaysia to join our onsite team in Puchong. The role requires bilingual English and Mandarin communication, an SP/M or O-level qualification, and at least two years in a business or finance-related role.

You will assist with financial reporting, invoicing, reconciliations, and translating finance documents between English and Mandarin, while supporting budgeting, market research, and marketing materials translation for

• SPM/'O' Level qualification required or in progress.
• 2+ years of experience in business or finance roles.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin for effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analyses.
• Translate financial documents and communications between English and Mandarin.
• Support daily finance operations: invoicing, AP/AR, and bank reconciliations.
• Conduct market research and present findings in English and Mandarin.
• Provide admin support to the business development team and meetings.
• Participate in project teams for business strategies and initiatives.
• Assist in budgets and forecasts, monitor targets, identify improvements.
• Support development of marketing materials with Mandarin translation.

• Translate financial documents and communications between English and Mandarin to facilitate effective communication within the team and with Mandarin-speaking clients or partners.

• Support the finance team in daily operations, including processing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, and reconciling bank statements.

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities and trends, presenting findings in both English and Mandarin.

• Provide administrative support to the business development team, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing correspondence.

• Participate in project teams, contributing to the development and implementation of business strategies and initiatives.

• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, monitoring performance against targets and identifying areas for improvement.

• Support the development of marketing materials and campaigns, ensuring accurate translation and cultural adaptation for Mandarin-speaking audiences.
