Assist in daily bookkeeping tasks, including recording financial transactions, managing invoices, and processing payments.
Prepare and maintain accurate accounts payable and accounts receivable records, ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding balances.
Support the accounting team in month-end and year-end closing procedures, including reconciliations and journal entries.
Perform data entry for various financial documents and ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data in the accounting system.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports, statements, and schedules as required by management.
Communicate effectively with internal departments and external vendors/clients in both English and Mandarin to resolve queries and discrepancies.
Maintain organized financial records and filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
