Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a finance/business support professional to be based onsite in Puchong. The role requires a Secondary/SPM/'O' Level qualification with at least 2 years in business or finance, and fluency in English and Mandarin for effective communication with diverse stakeholders.

The successful candidate will assist in financial reporting, translate documents, support daily finance operations, and help develop business opportunities through research and multilingual collaboration.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Secondary/SPM/'O' Level qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a business or finance-related role.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin for diverse audiences.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with aptitude for identifying and resolving issues.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with colleagues and clients.
• Proficient in active listening and understanding verbal/non-verbal cues.
• Demonstrated critical thinking with objective analysis and sound judgments.
• Must be able to work onsite in Puchong.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis.
• Translate financial documents and communications between English and Mandarin.
• Support finance daily operations: processing invoices, managing AP/AR, and reconciling bank statements.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities and trends, presenting findings in both languages.
• Provide administrative support to the business development team, including meetings, presentations, and correspondence.
• Participate in project teams, contributing to development and implementation of business strategies.
• Assist in budget and forecast preparation, monitoring performance against targets.
• Support marketing materials and campaigns with translation and cultural adaptation for Mandarin audiences.

• Participate in project teams, contributing to the development and implementation of business strategies and initiatives.
