The role focuses on optimizing product listings, managing pricing/promotions, and maintaining shop content, banners, and PDPs, while serving as the primary escalation contact with platforms and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing store operations on E-commerce marketplaces, brand.com and social channels.
• Optimize product listings and manage pricing and promotions to drive sales and revenue growth.
• Uploading, changing and maintenance of shop banners, images, contents, and product detail pages.
• Key contact point for all escalation and issues arising with platform and operations.
• Facilitate all campaign set-up and promotion tools to maximise utilization.
