Job summary

Bizapp Ventures Sdn. Bhd. is offering a hands-on internship for students pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business-related fields.

You will support the Business Development team in identifying potential customers, researching opportunities, and helping with lead generation. The role involves following up with prospects via phone, email, or WhatsApp, assisting in preparing proposals and presentations, and updating the CRM with sales activities.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business-related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Interest in sales and business development with willingness to learn.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying potential customers and researching opportunities.
• Support the Business Development team in lead generation and maintaining prospect databases.
• Follow up with potential clients via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
• Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and presentation materials.
• Update customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Coordinate meetings, product demonstrations, and business events.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the HOD.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to learn and interested in sales and business development.

• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Internship period of at least 6 months.
