Job summary

Net Infra Sdn Bhd is seeking a finance support to assist with financial documentation, filing, and preparing full set management accounts. The role involves creating and processing vouchers, invoices, and purchase orders using SQL Accounting Software.

The successful candidate will carry out other finance duties as assigned by the Head of Finance and ensure accurate records and timely reporting.

Responsibilities

• Financial Documentation and Filing – Organising and maintaining financial records and documents.
• Preparation of Full Set Management Accounts – Assisting in the preparation of complete management accounts and financial reports.
• Preparation of Payment Vouchers, Invoices and Purchase Orders – Creating and processing payment vouchers, invoices and purchase orders using SQL Accounting Software.
• Other Finance task - Carrying out any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Head of Finance.
