Responsibilities include bank reconciliations, staff claim processing, document verification, and maintaining orderly filing and records to support financial accuracy and compliance.

• Issue invoices, quotations, purchase orders, and delivery orders.
• Prepare payment vouchers and official receipts.
• Assist with bank reconciliations.
• Key in staff claim entries.
• Upload payment and perform payment matching
• Verification on all invoices and payment instructions with appropriate documents.
• Ensure proper filing and documentation.
• Provide general administrative support to the Finance Department.
